Powers: he can shape spells with words. sometimes it leaks when he doesn't want it to and mostly when he get;s frusrated.

Personality: he is very lovable but he has a hard time letting others get to know him. when you do it is a true trust when you truley get too know him and it gives him great pain if someone doesn't realize this.
Background: his mother was a strong and powerful wizard but when her father found out and sold her to hunters and did the same to joseph when he started to show signs of wizardry. he ran away from his owner to find his mother. she had neon hair and great lightning from her eyes. that was the last he saw of her.
