Personality: She enjoys to control people and very free spirited and has a mix personality.
Background: She's lived in the peace pond for ages. Until on day she found out there was land. She then discovered she can turn into a human. Of course everytime she wasnaked and had to steal cloths. The town people didn't like it so they forced her back into the peace pond. Now she's the only one of her kind.
