Personality: He very outspoken and loves to mess around with people. He's a smart aleck and will try anything to get out of trouble. He also loves to play pranks on people. Hence the trying anything to get out of trouble.
Background: He was turned the same time that Tatsu was. Which makes sense since Tatsu is his older brother. Whilst his elder brother went the solitary route of life, he kept to the path of publicity so to speak. He was a normal teenage kid, till his powers emerged. Then they started going out of control. He partially has a grop over them but not completely.
Extra: His pranks usually have to do with his powers. And his illusions and conjurations can't be dispelled by anyone but him.
