Personality:He like sto tease people and is very easily angered. He's also blunt and will speak his mind. He's not afraid of many things.
Background: He used to live in the more developed parts of the world but got tired of it. He lived near the Academy for a while and didn't like that either because they were all so righteous. Then he heard about the Beyond. When he came down here, he saw that it was mostly deserted and he liked that. And he also liked the fact that the morally challenged and twisted people live here. Especially since he's both.
extra: He may not look it but he's really evil. That's why he made it so long near the Academy and in the cities.
