*kain before changed*
Kain looked around him at his fellow soldiers. meny had lost blood for thier cause. he saw his best friend Joseph. his leg was bleeding from a bullet wound , but not a bad one. he would live. then he saw the General. blood covered his side. kain wanted to comfort him but could not for he had a head wound and a wound to his back.he would make it but for now he couldn't leave his cot.
Several days passed and kain became stronger and was able to fight along side his brither's once more.he stood in line waiting for the enemy to peak the far hill. his friend Jo at his right and the General at his left.Kain was so ready to avvenge his family and friends. when the general gave the "Go" Kain struck the first blow.he fought and the battle was won. this was kains second battle.
At an award ceramony weeks later he was called to the front. he was awarded the potition as General Shadow. he quickly declined the potition and said he would rather fight along side his brothers as thier equil not their supperior.the next battle came afront and yet again they fought and won but at a great cost. 20 of thier 60men were wounded or killed. of the wounded was kain.
A stranger walked up to kain's cot." you are badly wounded my frined. i don't believe you'll make it till morning. i can help you."
"how would you go about doing that?" kain asked," speaking every wordin pain.
"Easily." the man replyed," under one condition. you give me what i want when the time comes."
Kain was to weary to argue so he agreed then the next night he remembered nothing but wakeing up and feeling nothing but the cold air.he sat up and the only thing that pained him was a small gash on his head. he got up and went to Jo's cot,"Jo. Jo look. i'm healed." but Jo did not answer. he didn't move a single muscle.
"Jo.Jo!" he felt Jo's vital signs and tears filled his eye's.he shook his friend and he cried out with sarrrow in his voice and tears spilling over,"Jo. you haveto wake up. for me. Please wake up."Jo never woke up. at the funeral Kain was Jo's only family present since his mother had died of a virus and his father in the army.
the stranger returned and helped kain threw the rough times of loseing his best friend. soon they became close and fought side by side until Kain turned 18. the stranger was called Miykah. he left one day early in the morning. kain had woken early and saw him leaveing. heran out to catch him.
"Wait. Were are you going,Miykah?" kain asked
"i must leave but i will come back." was his only reply.
Kain was furious,"Why now?! Our greatest battle is at hand and you leave!"
" i must. i am not oblidged to stay here. i will come back."
" when?" kain acused.
"i am not sure."
" i still have not given you your payment for you saveing me."
"Ah. then i will return in a year."
"Why a year?"
Miykah was suddenly in his face,"Because if i stay i can't stop myself from killing you. everyday you bleed. your blood type is just right. i can not explain at the moment but when i return i will takewhat is mine and explain why i left."
Kain stepped back," how did you......?" but Miykah interupted.
" i will explain in one years time." then he turned and left at a much Quicker pace then humanly thought possible.
