She wiped her lip again, rolling her eyes and shaking her head. "Kain look at me." she waited until he did. "I'm not especially pale right now. I'm always this pale. She glanced at his stomach then back at his eyes. "Hm. I'll ask it about how it's going." she said, closing her eyes and putting her hands together. She started mumbling to herself. Silence ruled over a few seconds before she started mumbling again. Her head lowered and her hands twitched a few times, as if searching around for something. Unknowingly, blood trickled down her chin from her cut, and obviously still bleeding, lip.

She didn't move. It didn't even look like she was breathing. The only way you could tell was by the mumbling and periods of silence as the elemental responded. Blood dripped off of her chin and onto her kimono in fast droplets as she continued to mumble.
