he put his arms around her and grabbed the gun with one hand and hers with the other, "now. you put one hand here with that finger on the trigger. like that. then you aim at your target with that small dot on that glass piece. put your arms out as far as they can go. like this." he extends her arms for her then rubs his hands up her arms to her shoulders and says,"and shoot"

Eime kept the gun aimed, lowered her head to look the rangefinder and shot a nearby tree. The bullet barely grazed the trunk. "Oops." she said, frowning. "I meant to hit th tree dead on."

shade grinned, "wach the tree behind it." the bullet hit the tree and penatrated all the way and then it started to burn through. when it was done a hole about three inches all the way around was left.
