Grace fell quiet and allowed the couple to have there moment. But once she heard what Amaya said she couldn't help but fell bad for Nacahomea. She completely understood is situation. Well nobody used her for a newspaper but she had been used before and she had fallen in love.
She then stopped herself "No it was Erica that fell in love not me...OH I don't know what I am going to do." she thought. Suddenly she snapped back to reality once she heard Nacahomea begging Amaya to stay with him. She then very light placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Hey let's go." she said in a very calm nice tone.

"I...I can't." he wispered," i'm sorry. your being so nice and i'm being rude. thanks for trying to help but i gotta stay here. i don't want to leave her alone because she may not be here when i get back and i couldn't live that way.

Grace stared at him not know what the hell he was talking about. With a sigh she shrugged and began to pull on her long sleeve. The one thing she regretted was cutting herself. She could never wear shorts sleeve. Dam* she hated summer and the heat thank god it was getting cold.
She shook herself she once again began to think of herself. "God I'm selfish," she thought. She then tucked her hair behind her ears.
"Well I'm done with getting you to go. Well If you need me see me over the border or..." she stopped and took out a card and flicked it towards him "Call."

Amaya heard what Naca had said and heard Grace leave. Amaya's heart was ripped she couldn't just forgive Naca but she couldn't leave him either. She stood and unlocked the door she cracked the door and paused before she took in a shaky breath and softly sang in her native tounge "Komm und rette mich, Ich verbrenne innerlich, Komm und rette mich, Ich schaff's nicht ohne dich, Komm und rette mich, Rette mich, Rescue me...." her voice trailed off and she hung her head in shame. "Es tut mir leid" (I'm so sorry)

Was auch immer Sie es nicht mehr als Schatten meiner Liebe zu dir" he wispered after barely hearing her, hopeing he was meant to hear it.he also stuck the card in his pocket without thinking. he wasn't perfect at the language (actually he was horrible.alot of the words made no sense but the gist of it wAs:
i will save you from anything that threatens you with more than my life with whats left of my soul and i will guard you for all eternity once i am dead. do not be sorry for you have not wronged me. whatever you do it won't over shadow my love for you.
(or that's what he meant)

Amaya's eyes widened tears falling, she stood in shock for a moment and suddenly flung the door open and wrapped her arms around Naca. "Ich liebe dich Nacahomea"

he made a soft oofing noise then smiled hugging her back and digging his nose into her hair," i love you too.you can understand my German. you must really love me to be able to understand me at all." he chuckled trying to lighten the mood," i'm so sorry i hurt you. i never wanted anyone to get hurt. mal may have but i didn't."

Tears fell from Amaya's eyes this time not in sadness but in love, " It doesn't matter anymore, even if you had at the time it wouldn't matter, because all that matters is that we're together here and now..." She whispered.

" Heh yeah." he smiled and stepped back then smiled and ran off around the corner with one last wave and out of sight then he yelled," Bye!" and was gone.

She giggled and waved back. She turned back to the apartment and stepped inside and let herself relax as she smelled the floral essence of midnight jasmine. *It's nice to be home.*
