Alistair closed his eyes trying to wrap his mind around it he would ...die..at 27? Why 27? Did Kaemon go through the same thing? Will he hurt people?...that was the biggest question of them all. He'd never hurt a fly. But now his own father was telling him he was eventually going to one day suddenly turn into a blood thirsty beast in human form? How is that possible? He decided to sum it all up with one question. "What do I do?" he asked his voice shaking.

((Ok people I play both Characters I don't feel like logging in and out back and forth and no ones on at midnight so here's what happens next!!))
Kaemon looked back up at him seeing a blonde reflection of himself when he first found out about his..condition. He took out a small but thick book out of his Jacket pocket handing it to him "This will explain most of it what you'll go through, why and the basics but... I have to tell you this do not get caught breaking rules by the Elders they don't like people messing with their rules.
Alistair took the book from him it read "Dragon Mythology" on the cover. He looked at him tilting his head confused "Drangon Mythology?" he asked.
Kaemon laughed "Never judge a book by it's cover. Open it up."
Alistair did as instructed and on the inside it read in beautiful big gold and silver letters. "Vampire Mythology" He smiled "Nice you do that?"
Kameon nodded "I didn't figure it would be good to have students see you carrying a Vampire Mythology book around with so many being vampires them selves."
He laughed. "That's true." he looked kind of nervous again shifting his weight to another foot. "So..Kae-...Dad... I know this sounds silly but.... Will I get cool vampire powers like you?" He looked away blushing at his own immaturity.
Kaemon smiled "It does sound childish but it's ok I wanted to know the same thing. Every vampire has diffrenent strenths and weaknesses, like mine for example-" he dug his nails into the mother tree, then healing it back over with the powers of earth. "I already could control Earth but when I became a vampire I found that I could lift trees without blinking, shift into animals and my personal favorite, I can control through time, i can stop it, fast forward it, slow it down, you name it. But don't tell it's a secret" he chuckled
Alistair's eyes widened as he explained it all. "Wow! So when i turn..I'll still be able to use light right? And shifting?"
Kameon nodded. "You can shift?" he asked smiling.
Alistair laughed and shifted into a perfect refection of Kaemon (which wasn't much since they look almost exactly alike) Does this answer you question.
Kaemon beamed like a father at his kids first baseball game. He decided to challenge him he turned into Alistair. So now Al looked like Kaemon amd Kaemon looked like Al.
Alstiar laughed and shifted back "You missed a spot." He said pointing to his wrist then holding up his own there was a small leather bracelet on it
Kaemon shifted back "Dang! I guess I"m getting old." he laughed "Going on 9 centuries!"
Alistair whistled "Man you are old!!"
Kaemon laughed "You should see the Elders their more then 200 centuries old!"
Alistair laughed along with him. It was nice to have a guy like him around though he seemd more like a friend than a father. But that was ok too. He smiled "Thanks Dad it kinda sucks that I'll be dependant so much on something like that but I think I can handle it now that I have somone to show me the ropes."
Kaemon smiled "No problem kid." his expression turned somber once more "I forgot to emtion this but it is very vital to know if you don't with to hurt anyone or yourself. Newborns like you will be are what we'd call blood thirsty they can't stop until they find the certain right type of blood. And Untill you do you...drive yourself insane..."He paused and continued "It would be best that you were to leave the school grounds the day before your birthday because once you turn until you fin that one person, you don't remember who you are. You don't remember friends, lovers, or even your own name. just how hungry you are." Kaemon shuddered at his memories. "Please head my advice. It would be best for us all." he jumped down from the tree leaving him there with a simple flick of his hand, he said goodbye, and headed back towards the school.
Alistair was left a bit dazed the past two weeks had been nuts! first eh learns that a co worker is actually his dad, who the girl he likes is in love with, just after he started getting used to that he finds out that he's soon going to become a crazed newborn vampire on a blood lust rampage? WHAT IN THE WORLDS GOING ON AROUND HERE!? He jumped out of the tree landing with a loud thunk, shifting into a bird flying back to his room he had a lot of reading to do.
DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUH!!!
