Zak took that like a slap to the face. "Oh. All right." he mumbled, looking away. He kept his eyes averted for a while then stood. "I suppose I will see you later then, Miss Rena." Zak started walking away, his shoulders slumped some.

Rena stood up quickly and watched him leave. She sighed as she felt a calm breeze blow by her.
"Why can I be just a brat sometimes?" she muttered.
